This equipment can seamlessly integrate with a Horizon BQ-470, BQ-500, SB-07 or SB-09S, SB-09V binding machines, enabling a fully automated trimming process. (Refer to the last picture for a visual explanation.)

The process is as follows: after the brochure is bound and exits the Horizon binding machine, it is transported to the Horizon DC-1000S docking conveyor, where it is lowered and transferred to the Horizon CV8-3 cooling conveyor. As the binding process continues, the brochures move slowly along the conveyor toward the trimming machine, allowing the glue to cool. By the time the untrimmed brochure reaches the Horizon HT-80 three-knife trimming machine, it has already cooled and is automatically fed into the trimmer. Once the book is trimmed, it is automatically transferred to the gravity conveyor, where the final product is ready for packing. This streamlined layout minimizes the need for additional personnel, requiring only two workers: one to load the brochures into the binding machine and another to pack the trimmed books.
