MACHINE DESCRIPTION
Professional single-sided edgebander designed for processing straight panel edges, applying various types of edging (tape and solid wood lippings), and complete finishing operations. This machine is a highly equipped configuration featuring, among others, the AirTec AT 15 unit for jointless edging technology, a dual WD 60 Corner Rounding unit, and the advanced powerTouch control system with touchscreen. Full automation and pneumatic adjustment of all processing units via the operator panel.

5. Pressure zone: 1 main pneumatically-driven pressure roller + 3 secondary pressure rollers.
6. End trimming unit: 2 motors x 0.35 kW, for straight and angled cuts.
7. Top and bottom trimming unit: 2 x 0.55 kW, contra-rotating DFC cutters with pneumatic adjustment, position set via touchscreen.
