Short heating time for the GlueJet (GJ 301 automatic) adhesive system—around 2 to 3 minutes depending on adhesive type and ambient temperature.
Always fresh glue thanks to the GlueJet adhesive application system and glue cartridges. Swapping PUR adhesive and cleaning the system is effortless and takes just a few minutes.

Axis adjustment via high-precision, repeatable servomotors.
Special configuration for protective film materials, such as high-gloss and super-matt!

One of the absolute highlights of this machine is the multifunction package, which excels with businesses processing a wide variety of edges. The DIA tools are multi-stage and can switch between radius and chamfer as needed—from the longitudinal milling unit to corner copying and the profile scraper blade.

The extendable workpiece support and the extended infeed area with air cushion table provide support for large workpieces. A guidance system assists in feeding small workpieces into the machine.
