The HELIOMAT 6K is a batch dryer specifically designed for the efficient drying of small quantities of plastic directly before processing. It is particularly suitable for use in laboratories or when frequent material changes occur (e.g., small production runs).

6 x 15-liter V2A modules can be dried simultaneously on the Heliomat with different temperatures, with a sliding guide and discharge slide (80x15mm) for ARBURG machines. 4 additional 15-liter modules are included, so you will receive a total of 10 small batch dryers.

Cooling of recirculated air at high temperatures above 120°C. You can dry up to 170°C!
Weekly timer
6 x red/green traffic lights to indicate the end of the drying cycle or a malfunction at the docking station.
Automatic 6-stage air volume control via a frequency inverter on the dryer blower.
The unit is mobile.

Includes interface for a dew point sensor for desiccant dryers.
