GROTE S/A-530-2E

We offer the GROTE S/A-530-2E slicer applicator, an advanced industrial machine for cutting and applying slices directly onto production lines. The device is ideal for meat, cheese, vegetable products, pizza, ready-made sandwiches and convenience food processing plants, where high efficiency, repeatable portion weight and precise stacking of slices in several tracks are required. The slicer allows for both cutting and application onto a conveyor belt as well as bulk cutting, adapting to various technological processes.

The machine has been designed as a multi-track slicer/applicator, with the possibility of configuring the number of heads and tracks, the cutting zone, orientation (left- or right-handed version) and the support frame. Continuous product loading with gravity feeding and an optional low-level sensor reduces downtime and maintains high cutting quality. The hygienic design ensures quick and effective cleaning in accordance with food industry requirements.
