ROLLFORM MACHINE:

The machine has 14 stations to bend sheet step by step.
• Shafts and pulleys manufactured from high-quality materials (4140) according to the
techniques and reach hardness of 50-55 HRC.
• Shaft diameter: 52 mm. / Bearing brand: SKF
• The drive gears in each pulley of the stations are made of blister steel (8620) and reach
hardness of 50-55.
• The reductor is used in a drive system. The main body consists of gearbox and two
blocks. Spacers on the rollers can be changed manually according to the dimensions of
the profiles.
• There is calibrating machine that comes after the roll forming machine to get the
required flatness, linearity and twist.
• Reducer and helical gears will be used in drive system.
• There will be 18,5 kW engine with reducer in the form unit.
• Motor brand: GAMAK / Reducer brand: YILMAZ / ÖZTEKFEN / POLAT
You can cut the profiles of any length you need by only entering the parameters to the
control panel.
• Production is unstoppable even during cutting.
• Cutting is done with Flying Circular Saw.
• The disc will be moved from down to up.
• Length tolerance will be maximum +- 5 mm.
• Saw motor will be 5,5 kW.
SECOND CUTTING EQUIPMENT:
You can cut the profiles of any length you need by only entering the parameters to the
control panel.
• Production is unstoppable even during cutting.
• Only U profiles can be cut with the hydraulic guillotine.
• Cutting is done with Hydraulic Guillotine.
• Length tolerance will be maximum +-5 mm
• The cutting mold material will be 2379 steel.
• Hydraulic unit tank: 40 Liter.
• Hydraulic unit motor: 3 kW

STACKING TABLE:
Stacking table will be with pneumatic discharge system and conveyor.
• There will be 1 kW engine on the run-out table.
CONTROL SYSTEM:
All parts of the electrical panel are made of first quality materials. (SIEMENS,
SCHNEIDER, ABB etc.)
• Production line will use 380v +/-%10, and 3 phase 25 kW of electrıcity and compressor with capacity of 6 bar and 500 liters.
• You can cut the profiles of any length you need
by only entering the parameters to the control
panel. The PLC parameters include “jog speed,
production pieces, actual pieces, manual and
automatic productions settings, calibrating
setting vs.”.
PACKING EQUIPMENT:
• The production line includes 2 pieces
packing machine for metal strips.
• Manual packing machine can make locked
to metal strips for profile package.
