The lathe is equipped with a new SIEMENS 828D control system. Its user-friendly programming environment, along with process simulation capabilities and built-in documentation, allows for a significant reduction in the time required to introduce a new part into production. As a result, we offer a machine tool with all the attributes of modern CNC machines at an attractive price.
At the same time, we provide extensive customer support, including machine commissioning and implementation, warranty and post-warranty service, training in programming and machine operation, as well as assistance in implementing technology and parts production.

Machine Operating Modes:
• Manual Mode (JOG) – used mainly for machine setup, tool measurement, workpiece preparation,
process planning, and simple turning operations.
• Semi-automatic Mode (MDI) – allows execution of G-code command sequences via the command line.
• Automatic Mode (Auto) – fully automated operation based on a generated G-code program, using machining cycles and/or contour drawings with specified part and machining parameters.
