Used machine: Emmegi Comet X4

Machining center with 4 CNC axes and a 7 kW spindle for processing profile bars or pieces made of
aluminum, PVC, common light metal alloys, and steel up to 2 mm thick. The machine features an
automatic tool changer with 10 stations, which moves along the portal of the X-axis. It can accommodate 1 angle head and
a disc milling cutter for five-sided machining of the workpiece. It processes
profile bars up to a length of 4 m. The 4th CNC axis enables rotation of the milling spindle from 0° to
180° and positioning at any angle in between. The machine is therefore capable of performing machining operations on
the top and sides of the profile at any inclination within the possible range.

In addition, the machine is equipped with a movable work table, which facilitates loading and unloading
and increases the maximum processable profile cross-section, in relation to the profile width.
