This Eillert vegetable washing machine is suitable for washing both light vegetables (leafy greens, baby leaf, rocket/arugula, lamb’s lettuce) and heavier vegetables (carrots, peppers, cabbage, tomatoes). The washing machine is equipped with a single water screw propulsion system (immersion washing), which keeps the product submerged throughout the entire length of the washer. The water pressure can be adjusted using the valves.
After the washing process, the products are discharged via a mesh conveyor belt into a centrifuge. The optimal washing effect and mixing action make it possible to process product combinations such as salad mixes, raw vegetable mixes, stir-fry vegetables, and soup vegetables.
