The ClearO2 W100 is designed to complement the 8XE MIG and 8XR MIG cobot extractors from Translas. With the combination of the welding fume burners of the 8XE MIG and 8XR MIG cobot extractors and the ClearO2 W100 devices, we capture between 90% and 98% of the welding fumes at the source and filter them with an efficiency of > IFA 99.8%. The compact device is perfect for relocation in the workplace due to its low weight - only 45 kg - and its four wheels, two of which are lockable.

Automatic cleaning

The ClearO2 W100 device has an automatic cleaning function by reverse compressed air pulse. As soon as the negative pressure in the filter is too high, the device automatically starts cleaning the filter. A manual cleaning function can be performed by pressing a single button. The automatic start/stop function to save energy and synchronize the device with the 8XE MIG and 8XR MIG Cobot extraction units is standard on the ClearO2 units. As soon as the gun is removed from the specially designed torch holder, the machine starts working automatically.

Continuous duty motor

The unit's electric motor is designed to work continuously without losing power. Thanks to the automatic cleaning function and simplified motor system, the maintenance of the unit is minimal, making it durable and time-saving. With a filter area of 5 m², this is one of the most efficient units of its size with the largest filter. The filter is disposable and has an active surface with an efficiency of: IFA >99.8%.

Lightweight and mobile

The ClearO2 W100 units are designed to meet the needs of a single welder who needs to change his workplace. Examples of such applications include shipbuilding, wind tower construction, tank building and other similar manufacturing industries. The four wheels with two locks and the low weight - only 45 kg - allow the welder to easily move the device to the next work location.
