All indexable carbide inserts for the milling and scraper units have been replaced or rotated; saws have been sharpened, jointing cutters resharpened, buffing wheels replaced. The machine is thus immediately ready for operation. Only the DIA cutter in the contour milling unit has not been replaced but is still sharp.

Minor paint touch-ups. Approx. 3500 operating hours. The machine's condition speaks for itself. Occasionally, the computer reboots while the machine is running (mostly at high ambient temperatures), but this has not posed any problems for us, as work can continue during reboot.
