35L Bioreactor System (Model Year: 2023)
This 2023 model bioreactor system is designed for pilot-scale fermentations. The system has been minimally used and shows virtually no signs of wear—it's in excellent, almost-new condition. It features a steam jacket for temperature control, thermal insulation, and a flat, removable lid with handles for easy handling. The reactor vessel is made of stainless steel AISI 316L for product-contact parts and AISI 304 for non-contact parts. It is engineered for operation within a temperature range of 5 to 135°C and a pressure range of 0 to 3 bar (reactor) and 0 to 3.5 bar (jacket).

• Controls temperature (±0.1°C), pH (±0.1), pO₂ (±0.1%), foam, and liquid level
• Supports up to five peristaltic pumps for pH, antifoam, and substrate feeding
• Mass flow controllers for air and oxygen
