Berstorff / Compex Type MPC 45, throughput up to approx. 150 kg/h, material-dependent.
The system consists of:

Co-rotating twin-screw extruder with barrier screw, segmented screw and cylinder
Temperature control unit for cylinder / processing section (connection and water chiller on the customer side)
Compex/Berstorff Type MPC 45, drive 34 kW
Screws 2 x Ø 45 mm – 40 L/D with screw speed up to 450 rpm

2x Side feeder extruder ZSB 34 (twin-screw) (e.g. for glass fiber feeding - formulations)
3x Degassing zone including vacuum pump
Melt filter / screen changer, hydraulic (for processing ground material)

Strand granulation, complete with: strand head / nozzle
Strand cooling trough and strand granulator, e.g. A-SG 60 (NEW CONDITION), IPS 60E, Alphatec, Scheer, ...

Control system: Siemens HMI screen, new in 2022

OPTIONAL:
Gravimetric differential dosing system with control
Price on request, depending on the design and number of dosing stations.

Alternatively equipped with underwater granulation, stock no. 2758
MAAG Rieter Sphero 50, with separate control
