AUTOMATIC MOLDING AND GREEN SAND PREPARATION PLANT

Plant manufactured in the 1990s by Italian Foundry Automation. Over the years, it has undergone continuous upgrades, including equipment overhauls, technological improvements and digitalization. The latest electrical system overhaul was completed in 2023. Machinery and safety systems have been continuously maintained and updated, with a focus on production quality, process control and compliance with applicable regulations.

Technical Specifications:
- Production capacity: 20 complete moulds/hour
- Moulds in circulation: 90
- Pallets in circulation: 95
- Core-setting capacity: 6 lower mould halves + 5 upper mould halves
- Minimum cooling time: 1.5 hours
- Sand consumption: 70 t/h
Main Components:
- Speed Muller 100B mixer, with a production capacity of up to 120 t/h.
- GRF 12-750 fluidized bed cooler, equipped with temperature and humidity sensors.
- JOST TWFE 1600 × 8000 continuous vibrating shake-out unit.
- Adiabatic shock-wave moulding machine.
- DISA in-line control system for continuous process adjustments.
- Sand handling system, including belt conveyors (Approx. 280 m), storage silos

The plant can be inspected on site by interested parties, subject to prior appointment and mutual agreement.
