Arburg 470S 1100-290, year 2017, 2-component machine. The machine has been idle for some time without a contract. It is from 2017 and has only around 21,600 operating hours. The machine features a clamping force of 1100kN; the lower unit is equipped with a 290 injection unit with a 35mm screw, while the upper unit has a 100 injection unit with a 30mm screw. Up to now, only ABS and TPE materials have been processed. The machine is equipped with an integrated hot runner system and three core pulls, as well as additional options. Included in the scope of delivery is a Kuka handling robot, which is operated via the machine’s Selogica control system, along with the complete safety enclosure. The two material loaders and the large conveyor belt are not included in the sale.
