AERA Ligne de trancheur pour cordons bleus

The AERA blue-cord slicer optimizes industrial preparation with efficiency. Designed for fast, accurate cutting, it uses multiple ribbon slicers to guarantee uniform results. In addition, the trim conveyor handles products before cutting, while the blue-cord folder shapes each product perfectly. With its pneumatic control system and belt scrapers, the slicer ensures high performance. What's more, the titanium cutting carriage, equipped with automatic lubrication, reduces maintenance requirements. In conclusion, the AERA model improves both quality and production efficiency, while complying with industrial requirements.

CUTTING CARRIAGE

Cutting is performed by a ribbon blade on 2 titanium 200 flywheels mounted on a titanium crosspiece
The cutting carriage is guided by "Hepco inox" rails and rollers
The cutting motion is driven by a Sew Usocome servo-reducer, a through shaft and two connecting rod-crank systems.
The flywheels are driven by a Sew Usocome geared motor equipped with a transmission shaft and an expanding pulley for constant V-belt tension.
A torque-limiting tensioning system enables correct adjustment of the tension on the ribbon blade.
Cutting blade lubrication is provided by an automatic gun fed by a low-pressure water network.
INFEED CONVEYOR :
Slabs are received and distributed by a two-ply polyurethane belt conveyor driven by a Sew Usocome servo-reducer.
Product deposited by a 16 mm diameter saber at the end of the conveyor.
Quick belt release system.
Open-worked bottom for easy cleaning.
Conveyor made entirely of stainless steel.
