Glogar GmbH is one of the leading companies in the development of cleaning systems for industrial parts cleaning applications. We supply parts cleaning systems and component cleaning machines for metal surface cleaning and degreasing, as well as for the cleaning of workpieces and packaging containers.

In addition to traditional component cleaning for workpieces and tools in metal and plastics processing, we also offer tailored cleaning concepts for pre-treatment prior to painting and advanced coating processes such as PVD/PACVD and DLC, as well as prior to heat treatment.

Our portfolio covers the full spectrum of cleaning solutions, from manual washing tables for maintenance workshops, classic parts washing machines for components up to 2x2 meters in size, systems for cleaning large-volume parts, cleaning equipment for repair shops, all the way to multi-chamber ultrasonic cleaning machines. At our in-house technical center, we perform trial washes in parts washing machines, spray cleaning systems, immersion cleaning equipment, and ultrasonic cleaning systems—either for you or in cooperation with you.

Parts cleaning systems for both water-based cleaners and modified alcohols are available for test washes. In order to meet the increasingly stringent requirements for component cleanliness (according to VDA 19) regarding residual contamination and surface tension, numerous innovative solutions in the field of precision and ultra-fine cleaning systems have been implemented in recent years.

We design economical, high-quality, and environmentally friendly cleaning chemicals based on water as well as solvents (modified alcohol, Dowclene 1601). Our range includes VOC-free cleaners, specialty products for component washing, degreasing, derusting, as well as corrosion protection products and welding release agents. As a full system supplier to the industry, we also provide cleaning paper, wipes, oil absorbents, spray equipment, and dosing systems as part of our delivery program.
