As a trained technical draftswoman and sales trainer for various sectors, I established myself many years ago with my agency for industrial property rights – such as trademark rights, patents, image licenses, etc. – as well as PR and marketing in numerous specialist and product fields.

Background:
After two Austrian and one German trading company each failed as licensees with the registered trademark "TOTAL REGAL," I took on the brand myself – and succeeded right from the start.

The necessary expertise was quickly acquired through collaboration with major manufacturers and fitters; after all, draftspeople typically work with technology, statics, and plans.

The result is a heterogeneous business structure that stands for versatility and is open to ongoing development.

In the racking sector, since 2012, we have started with used goods, and then increasingly focused on new warehouse technology equipment – for the entire EU market.

Strategy:
Over many years – and to this day – I have operated completely debt-free, which has allowed me to establish myself as a reliable business and trading partner for international manufacturers, suppliers, and customers, and I intend to continue this way. This forms the basis for relaxed and trusting business relationships.

Philosophy:
TOTAL-REGAL does not primarily present itself as yet another "technically competent and reliable partner" – there are already more than enough metal goods dealers who claim this accolade.

Instead, we offer straightforward solutions tailored to actual needs and avoid confusing customers with a multitude of product variants, even though we have the capability to offer a broad range.

We have access to warehouse technology products at attractive prices, up to and including automated storage systems, because: we truly appreciate your recommendations.

Our credo:
Simplicity.

Site consultations can often be avoided if you provide blueprints or straightforward sketches, but we are happy to make time for you if circumstances require it.
