Paper Bag Production Line – ZBX-300 and ZBX-450

We present a professional paper bag production line, consisting of the main bag forming machine ZBX-300 and the handle making machine ZBX-450. These machines provide high performance, precision, and energy efficiency, meeting the requirements of both small and large production runs.

1. Main bag forming and gluing machine – ZBX-300

• Year of manufacture: 2014
• Weight: 12,000 kg
• Power supply: three-phase, 12 kW
• Sheet width range: 680 – 1000 mm (depending on the set tabs)
• Sheet length: 400 – 600 mm
• Bag width: 250 – 430 mm
• Paper weight: 80 – 210 g/m²

Key features:

• Automatic sheet feeding to the forming section, which streamlines and accelerates production.
• Centralized lubrication of the slide – ensures smooth operation and minimizes the risk of failure.
• Longitudinal forming section – precise shaping of the bags according to the requirements.
