Werner &Pfleiderer ZSK 133

For sale: an industrial twin-screw extruder, Werner & Pfleiderer ZSK 133, now known under the Coperion brand. This machine is designed for processing and compounding plastic materials, especially PP granules, polyolefins, masterbatches, filled, and modified materials.

The extruder was manufactured in 2001 and purchased used in 2015 in working condition. However, it has not been used in our production since the purchase. It has been idle since then and is being sold due to lack of use.

Key specifications: capacity up to 4 t/h, main electric motor 1100 kW, voltage 690 V, frequency 50 Hz, motor speed 1492 rpm, screw speed up to 400 rpm, maximum pressure 200 bar, heating power 137 kW, 6 heating zones, dimensions 3535 × 900 × 500 mm.

The extruder includes a melt pump, an underwater granulator with a die and a set of knives, a cooling system for a water bath, an oil unit with electric heaters for heating the granulation die, and hydraulic units for operating and locking the shears.

Suitable for factories involved in compounding, PP granule production, masterbatch production, regranulation, and processing of large volumes of plastic.
