For sale: a complete, fully automated line for finger-jointing wooden elements, based on the WEINIG GRECON HS 120 tenoner (year of manufacture: 2018).

The line is designed for the industrial production of finger-jointed, length-glued components, ensuring high throughput, repeatable parameters, and consistently stable joint quality.

The line consists of:

• WEINIG GRECON HS 120 tenoner (2018) equipped with:
– Brush infeed system for feeding wooden elements,
– Two throughfeed milling machines,
– Automatic glue spreader,
– Pre-assembly station for finger-jointed components,
– Press with a pressing length of 6.5 meters.

• Automatic tenoner loading facilitated by an ABB IRB 6640 4-axis robot, suitable for feeding wooden elements with a maximum length of up to 600 mm. The robotic station (year built: 2021) is equipped with two pallet cells, enabling continuous, alternating operation of the entire GRECON HS 120 line without downtime.

• Automatic glue supply system – glue is drawn from a 1,000-litre IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container) with an integrated automatic mixer to ensure consistent application quality.

• FAMAD DBNA-40T DUO scissor lift installed at the tenoner press, intended for collecting battens after the jointing process. Automatic height regulation. Table dimensions: 6.0 m x 1.3 m.

• Roller conveyor system with turntables enabling the transfer of blanks to the robot loading cell as well as to the tenoner.

• Roller conveyor storage for buffering and storing battens post-finger-jointing – with buffer sections totalling 82 running meters.
