WATKISS SlimVac 12-Station Suction Belt Feeder

The BookMaster and TrimMaster units are designed for manually fed sets but can also be supplied online by the collating machine.
Paper size is set manually within seconds.
The BMS unit starts automatically when a set is fed by hand or via the collation system. Approximately 10 seconds after the last set is fed, the machine also switches off automatically.

Note:
Wait until the brochure exits the unit before feeding the next set.
Block stapling and corner stapling are possible with a 3rd stapling head.
Brochure production without staples (folding only) is also possible.
The machine operates with staple magazines, each holding 5,000 staples.
