Process steps: nonwoven web feeding, carrier nonwoven feeding, material feeding (herbs), material dosing, material distribution, top nonwoven laydown, needle station, cutting/to length cutting, winding/rewinding, dust extraction. Documentation available. An on-site inspection is possible. The line is complete including accessories, peripheral equipment and a small sample needle machine.
