Urschel ETRS Translicer

The Urschel Translicer is a powerful slicing machine for the food processing industry, suitable for hard products up to 101.6 mm in diameter and leafy or compressible products up to 152.4 mm in diameter. The slicer is ideal for processing a wide range of products, including cucumbers, carrots, potatoes, cabbage, leeks, onions, zucchini, bell peppers, celery, green beans, spinach, lettuce, endive, pak choi, Swiss chard, apples, pears, kiwis, pineapples, melons, mangoes, cooked meat, tofu, tempeh, and eggplants.
The machine offers various interchangeable cutting options, including flat slices, julienne cuts, and the patented MicroSlice system. Thanks to adjustable blades, conveyor belt speed settings, and different cutting wheels, users can precisely control the dimensions of the cuts. The number, position, angle, and type of blades are matched to the cutting wheel and conveyor belt speed, which together determine the final cut size. Combination wheels equipped with both slicing and julienne blades can be used to produce shredded products.
