This industrial destemmer from the renowned Italian manufacturer Turatti, model 1668.02.60.00, is a highly efficient machine designed for continuous and precise separation of stems from grapes and other small fruits (e.g., cherries, cherry tomatoes, or berries). It is ideal for modern wineries, fruit and vegetable processing plants, frozen food factories, and large-scale raw material preparation lines for further processing or packaging.

The core of the machine is an elongated, perforated drum with a length of 2850 mm and holes with a diameter of 20 mm. This design ensures maximum efficiency and accuracy in separating the stems while maintaining exceptional gentleness for the delicate fruit skin. The machine operates with a rotating shaft with specially shaped lugs that evenly moves the raw material along the sieve, efficiently separating stems and petioles without crushing the fruit.
