Stériflow Autoclave 1322

The Stériflow 1322 Barriquand autoclave is designed for industrial facilities requiring controlled thermal sterilization of packaged products. It enables precise processing cycles thanks to heating by superheated water or steam, ensuring uniform temperature increase. This results in consistent thermal treatment in compliance with food safety standards. Additionally, this method minimizes temperature discrepancies within the load.

This autoclave is integrated into food processing lines for canned goods, ready meals, or packaged products. Its usable volume of 3,700 liters allows for processing large loads while maintaining precise process control. Furthermore, Barriquand’s industrial construction ensures robustness suitable for repeated operation, making the equipment well-suited to demanding production environments.

The pressure vessel design allows operation up to 6 bar, ensuring thermal cycle stability. Sterilization parameters remain controlled throughout the process. The metal structure, engineered for pressurized circuits, adds to the installation’s reliability. As a result, the autoclave safeguards the sanitary quality of finished products.

Offered used by Europ’Equipement, the Stériflow 1322 autoclave is identified by its manufacturer’s plate and inspected before recommissioning. This ensures that the operator receives reliable, traceable equipment. Moreover, purchasing a refurbished autoclave reduces investment costs while providing a solution suitable for industrial requirements. Consequently, this model represents a cost-effective solution for optimizing production expenses without compromising process safety.
