Smicon FTA 1500U-6L – Fumigation / Fumigation System

Fumigation involves filling a room with a toxic gas to control pests/bacteria. Since these are toxic gases, special safety measures are required. Fumigation is commonly used in the storage of organic materials (e.g., grain storage, in warehouses at ports, silos, mills), and also in churches to control woodworm.

This is a device used for disinfecting rooms. Formaldehyde is boiled on the left hotplate and, together with condensed water (right hotplate), is placed in a room via an airflow, killing all bacteria.
