Used Sinclair Stainless Fabrications approximately 15,000 litre 316 stainless steel vertical reactor. Unit measures approximately 2,300mm diameter x 3,540mm straight side. Has welded dished top and bottom heads. Internal rated 3.6 bar/full vacuum design pressure at 165 deg.c. Has external stainless steel limpet coil jacket rated 5.5 bar design pressure at 165 deg.c. Unit has top mounted stainless steel agitator with 2-tier 4-blade turbine blades. Driven by 45kw motor/gearbox with double mechanical seal.
