Ref:10882 . 2006 SCS ‘Easy Trim’ Front Cutting Device.
For the front (foredge) cutting of perfect bound and thread sewn soft cover books (without flaps device).
Can be integrated in or off-line, and used either before or after the three knife trimmer (4th cut) and when not in use the unit can be simply used as a conveyor.
Very quick size change of approx. 3 mins through simple keying in of book parameters.
Front trim using a steel knife against a plastic cutting stick.
Motorised delivery table.
Single button push transforms the unit into a regular conveyor belt so no divert or extra conveyor necessary.
