A custom-built Schuster groove machining machine is available. Components: separation magazine, centering unit, end machining insertion end, round groove milling unit, 90° turning unit, trapezoidal groove milling unit, groove deburring unit, sawing unit, end machining shaft, insertion end deburring unit, inspection and carrying unit and embossing unit. Overall system dimensions X/Y/Z: approx. 8000mm/2400mm/2500mm, weight: approx. 13000kg. The electronics were overhauled in 2015. Including coolant tank and chip conveyor. Documentation available. An on-site inspection is possible.
