Ideal for thawing frozen blocks within minutes (temperature change from -20 °C to -4/-2 °C). The blocks remain sufficiently cooled for further processing (cutting/mincing). Thawing time from -20 °C to -2 °C may vary depending on the thickness of the blocks.
