Rational UV Plus

This is an UltraVent Plus hood from the manufacturer Rational, type UV PLUS 61/101/E, manufactured in 2024. It is suitable for the following Index model series: Index H and I, and can also be used for DUO units or individual units. This hood not only captures escaping vapors but also eliminates odors and smoke. You do not need an exhaust duct leading to the outside. An LED lamp automatically indicates when you need to replace the filter. This version features stainless steel baffle filters and a pre-filter mat located behind them. This protects the activated carbon filter (newly installed), which is the core component of the hood, from becoming contaminated too quickly and ensures optimal functionality. This Plus condensation hood can be used optimally in the front area, in enclosed spaces, or during show cooking. Retrofitting and installation on Rational SCC WE 61/101 can be carried out easily. The hood has been inspected in our in-house workshop and is fully functional, with a 6-month warranty.
