Q-Fin Quality Finishing Machines Q-Fin SER600 - MAG TS

The fast deburring machine for deburring, rounding and finishing steel cut parts up to 600 mm wide.

This Q-Fin deburring and finishing machine was developed especially for applying a large radius of up to 2 mm on steel sheet.

With the SER600 Super Edge Rounder from Q-Fin it is possible to deburr, grind, edge break, round off, remove slag, remove oxide skin or apply a line finish to sheet metal up to 600 mm wide. A combination of these operations is also possible.

The throughput of the SER600 is 3 to 5 times higher than comparable machines.

This new 2024 machine is equipped with magnetic support, making it suitable for processing steel cut parts and other magnetic materials. This machine is equipped with as many as 5 machining stations. Easy operation through an HMI touch screen on the front of the machine.

The first station of the SER600 consists of a grinding unit.
The grinding belt of this unit removes burrs and/or burn-in points from the product surface.
If you have no burrs, you can leave the grinding belt off or remove them.

It is also possible to apply a line finish to your product with a finer grinding belt or finish with a scotch-brite belt.

The second and the third station consists of the disc brush unit containing 4 oscillating disc brushes.
The fourth and the fifth station consists of 2 round brushes, rotating counterclockwise and clockwise.
With the brushes you remove the sharp edges of the product by breaking the edges or,
by the unique combination of two brush systems, edge round them with a radius up to R=3 mm.

The installation of special brushes makes this SER600 with magnetic system also very suitable to remove the oxide skin of steel products or slag from plasma cut products.

We sell the combination with a WES6000 wet working grinding dust extraction system as 'SER600 Set'.

The WES6000 was developed by Q-Fin to extract grinding dust safely and without pressure loss. This fully stainless steel extraction system is a wet-acting system that extracts grinding dust from stainless steel, steel and aluminum, eliminating the risk of fire and explosion. According to Q-Fin, it is the safest, easiest and most durable way to extract grinding dust. No more grinding dust in the air and/or work environment with the WES6000.

At this moment we have two SER600 machines in stock:

1x new (built year 2025)
1x used for only a few months; as new. built year 2024.

Both machines can be viewed by appointment in Bergeijk.
Both machines have a 1 year warranty on construction and all non-wearing parts.

We can also provide on-site installation of the SER600 + WES6000) including training for the operators.
