The heavy double-guide lathe TCG is a universal machine tool that allows roughing and finishing turning, drilling, threading, turning cones, boring, heavy and very heavy objects with one clamping. The TCG lathe is a lathe for machining objects with diameters of 1600 mm. The construction system and rigidity of the structure allow turning with large chip cross-sections and ensure high smoothness with minimal ovalization of the workpiece.
The machine is located in our company ZAK in Poręba ul. Zakładowa 2 (Poland) - the machine is currently dismantled (during general modernization).
We can sell the machine as a TCG 160 x 6 meters turning lathe or we can modernize it to TCG 200. Turning length - any.
