Fully operational flame lamination machine, in daily use on one or two shifts until December 2019, and regularly upgraded for electrical, mechanical, and methane gas systems. This is an Italian construction machine from the early 1980s. The machine dimensions are 4 meters by 11 meters. It can handle rolls up to 1.80 meters in height. Lamination thickness ranges from 2 mm to 35 mm. Both cylinder speeds, burner position, and flame intensity are adjustable. We typically laminate EPE or PU foams together or with fabrics, synthetic leather, or cotton fabric.
