Since recyclable material is neatly compacted into a sturdy PE bag, you are left with a compact “block” of recyclables on a pallet at the end. This package can be easily sealed and moved with a pallet truck or forklift. A major benefit is that the packed waste bales are clean and leak-proof, which allows you to transport them together with goods without risk of contamination. This is especially convenient in supermarkets or production facilities: the compacted waste bags can be sent back on delivery trucks, helping to avoid empty return trips.

With the PS1400, you not only save storage space (up to 80% reduced waste volume is achievable, depending on the material), but also labor time. Staff need to make fewer trips to the waste container, and do not have to strap or lift bales—the waste bag is only replaced when it is full, which takes much longer. The machine is safe (equipped with emergency stop and secured access) and, thanks to its electric drive, operates relatively quietly. Maintenance is minimal: the rotating compaction roller is self-cleaning and the hydraulic system is robustly engineered.
