Nowicki MP 300 1E Crate Washing Machine
This Nowicki industrial crate washing machine is designed for washing E1, E2, and E3 crates. The efficient washing system is compact, robust, and can be operated by a single person. The continuous washing process makes it ideal for medium to large-scale processors.
This washing machine has a capacity of 300 crates per hour. The machine is equipped with one washing section and one rinsing section. In the main washing zone, the crates are cleaned, and contaminants are removed.
The spray nozzles are supplied with water by a powerful and energy-efficient 5.5 kW pump. The main washing tank is filled via a dedicated filling connection equipped with level sensors. The discharge section is fitted with a stainless steel discharge platform (length 2250 mm).
The crate washing machine is fully manufactured from stainless steel.
