This Case Erector not only forms cardboard boxes of the “American” type but also ensures high efficiency and reliability. Carton Magazine and Carton Transfer Carriage


First, the machine features a horizontally mounted carton magazine at the lower rear, which optimizes space and provides easy access for loading. Furthermore, the multifunction carton transfer carriage picks, opens, and transfers cartons using an electromechanical control system. As a result, this setup ensures precise, continuous operation and significantly reduces downtime during format changes or adjustments.


Flap Closing and Glue Application


Next, this machine automatically manages the closing of box flaps. Specifically, it closes the short lower flaps using an electro-pneumatic command, while the long flaps close as the carton moves. In addition, the hot melt glue unit ensures a reliable, secure bottom seal.
