MKN Optima 850

This is the mobile version of a 100 LITER cooking kettle from the premium manufacturer MKN, model Optima 850. The unit is in excellent, well-maintained condition. The kettle is a double-jacketed model featuring a separate, integrated, low-maintenance steam generator system (VAPRO), which ensures rapid heating times, low energy and water consumption, and high efficiency. Thanks to the VAPRO rapid-steam system, you benefit from short boiling times. The unit is also equipped with automatic process water monitoring and replenishment, ensuring it's always ready for operation. Additionally, its mobile design (on casters) allows it to be easily adapted to various spaces. The device has undergone a comprehensive inspection in our in-house workshop and is fully functional.

The cooking kettle will be available from calendar week 19.
