Complete extrusion line / extrusion system including packaging technology

For sale is a complete, fully operational extrusion system for food products.

The system consists of several coordinated components and covers the production process from mixing the raw materials through extrusion, drying, and cooling to packaging.

The mixer is designed for batches of up to approximately 300 kg. The installed single-screw extruder achieves – depending on the raw materials used, the recipe, and the process parameters – a production output of approximately 70–90 kg per hour.

4. 3 × product or intermediate hoppers
5. Drying oven / belt dryer – approximately 5 meters long

9. Flowpack packaging machine

The system enables a largely continuous production process from raw material preparation to the finished, packaged end product.

Technical design

All components were manufactured in Ukraine and are CE-certified. All parts and surfaces that come into direct contact with the product during the production process are made of stainless steel.

The entire production line has a length of approximately 28 meters in the configuration shown. Individual machines and components can be arranged differently if necessary, depending on the available production space.

Possible applications

The extrusion system is suitable, for example, for the production of:

Puffed and snack products
rice or grain-based products
cereals and extruded products
functional snacks
other extrudable food products

The actual production output and the final product depend on the raw materials, recipe, die, and the respective extrusion and drying parameters.
