This professional immersion breading machine, Tempura Dipper type, with a belt width of 500 mm, is a versatile industrial device designed for continuous coating of food products with both thin and thick liquid batters. It finds wide application in the processing of poultry (nuggets, wings), fish (fish sticks, breaded portions), as well as vegetables and vegetarian products (onion rings, breaded cheeses).

The machine operates based on a system of fully immersing the raw material in a tank filled with liquid batter or tempura.
