LEWA Inline Dilution and Dosing Systems
These mobile dosing units (2 units) are designed as inline dilution and dosing systems. They are used for the precise production and delivery of liquid mixtures/buffer solutions directly in the production process, without the need for separate mixing tanks.

Dosing range: 1st unit 60 - 2,100 and 2nd unit 15 - 800 liters/hour
LEWA Ecodos - dosing pumps for highly precise dosing of different liquids
Diaphragm valves and pressure holding valves for exact pressure and flow regulation
Static mixer, which homogenously mixes the added media
Measuring and control technology such as flow meters, pressure sensors, pH and conductivity meters for process monitoring
