This band slicer with an extended infeed belt from Kronen is ideal for slicing vegetables and fruit. Thanks to the wide range of blades, the machine can cut slices, strips, and cubes. It is also possible to “slice” pulled meat using the specially designed pulled-meat knife.
This slicer is highly suitable for salad, (leafy) vegetables, fruit, herbs, meat, fish, sausage, bread, cheese, nuts, and much more. It is ideal for use in large kitchens, catering, fresh-produce specialty shops, and industrial applications. Various cutting accessories are available for a wide range of applications. The easily adjustable control panel allows for quick product changes.
The belt speed and blade speed are infinitely adjustable (frequency-controlled), enabling even delicate products to be cut effortlessly. This industrial slicing machine is made entirely of stainless steel.
