The models in the ABS-L series are fully automatic horizontal band saws designed for the precise, straight cutting of large and heavy workpieces. Horizontal band saws (without miter adjustment), like these, are specifically designed for precise longitudinal cuts and offer the highest level of stability in daily use. A rigid, double-column frame forms the core of the extremely stable construction. The central control panel allows you to control the blade feed, continuously adjust the blade speed, and clamp the workpiece hydraulically. The robust, automatic material feed system operates entirely without electronics or programming, yet still provides high repeatability and dimensional accuracy.
