Equipment (6 items included):

Item 1: Probat G45 Retro Roasting Machine

• Batch Size: 25 - 55 kg
• Gas Type: Natural gas or propane (230/400 V, 50 Hz)
• Separate drives for roasting drum, agitator in the cooler, and cooling fan (simultaneous roasting and cooling possible).
• Closed housing with large maintenance openings, manual handwheel for airflow regulation (drum interior/jacket, aroma, external).
• Cooling sieve with a second outlet, roasting fans directly on the machine, large cyclone with chaff collection container, and connection for manual fire extinguishing water supply.
• Atmospheric burner with increased output (145 kW), continuously adjustable via a potentiometer on the control panel, including all safety and monitoring devices (solenoid valves, flame and gas pressure monitoring, pressure regulator).
• Complete thermocouple equipment (production, roasting air, roasting exhaust air, hot air supply in the rear wall) with separate connections for temperature recording systems (e.g., Cropster).
• Manual control on the control panel with digital display for temperatures and roasting times, as well as a frequency converter for the roasting fan.
