Haas Super Mini Mill 2 + HRT160

We are offering this machine for sale. It is in excellent condition and fully equipped.

The machine has only 426 operating hours, of which 370 hours are spindle time.

It was used for small series production (tens of parts) and prototyping. 98% of the work was aluminum.
Sample parts made entirely on this machine are included in the listing.

• Rigid tapping
• Macros
• Spindle orientation
• Driver and wiring for 4th axis
• 4th axis HRT160 (Ø160 mm rotary table)
• Renishaw OMP40 workpiece probe
• Renishaw tool probe
• 10,000 rpm spindle
• 20-tool umbrella tool changer, SK40

Additional modifications:
• Plexiglass windows on both sides
• 2x 30W professional LED lights (for those who film - no flicker 🙂)

Travels:
• X = 508 mm
• Y = 406 mm
• Z = 356 mm (maximum possible 508 mm, 356 mm due to tool changer height)

Machine can be demonstrated under power. Located in our small workshop in Brno, Czech Republic.

We also have Lang plates (under the rotary table and for the rotary table itself) and a large number of SK40 tool holders, which can be sold together with the machine.

Happy to talk about the machine or provide training for a beginner. This was our first CNC machine, and we are now moving to a 5-axis solution due to increasing part complexity.
