The Grasselli SL 600 is a vertical slicing machine designed to slice not only meat but also fish, poultry, and vegan products into high-quality slices. This efficient slicer offers high productivity and is easy to clean.
The slicer can handle a wide range of slicing thicknesses from 2.5 mm to 25 mm. The machine can process both crust-frozen and fresh products. It is also suitable for slicing delicate products effortlessly without damaging them.
The slicer features a hygienic and ergonomic design, allowing for quick and easy cleaning. The machine is completely manufactured from stainless steel.
