This gigantic, industrial brewing kettle with a capacity of up to 2000 liters is an advanced process device designed for food processing plants operating on a large scale. This type of kettle is a key piece of equipment in large meat processing plants, ready-meal factories, fruit and vegetable processing plants, large central kitchens, airline catering facilities, and in the sauce, soup, and culinary base production industry.

The tank construction is based on double-jacket heating technology, which prevents direct contact between the raw material and the heating element.
