CONDITION
Used, completely overhauled and refurbished.

As part of a comprehensive mechanical and electrical overhaul, the machine was completely disassembled, professionally repaired, and reassembled.

It is in like-new, excellent condition, both visually and technically.

DESCRIPTION
For sale is a high-precision Frewitt MG-803 oscillating screening and granulation machine.

During the overhaul, the essential mechanical and electrical components were inspected, revised, or replaced.

OVERHAUL
Mechanical reconstruction:
All assemblies, including the fixed and moving bearing head, connecting rod drive, and guide units, were completely disassembled, ultrasonically cleaned, de-rusted, and professionally reassembled.

Bearings:
All deep groove ball bearings, cylindrical roller bearings, and linear bearings were replaced.

Seals:
All radial shaft seals and Garlock seals were completely replaced.

Fasteners:
Newly manufactured articulated screws made of stainless steel 1.4305.

DRIVE AND GEARBOX
The electric motor and gearbox were completely overhauled by a specialized company (Heblo AG).

The following work was carried out, among others:

- complete disassembly
- new bearings
- new sealing
- sandblasting
- protective coating

PHARMACEUTICAL SURFACE FINISH

All stainless steel surfaces in contact with the product were professionally ground and polished by the specialized company Devo Tech AG.

Surface roughness:
Ra ≤ 0.8 µm

The design is therefore suitable for high hygienic requirements in pharmaceutical and chemical applications.

FRAME
Mobile stainless steel frame with new, conductive and lockable swivel casters.

The conductive design allows for an electrostatically safe installation in corresponding production environments.

SAFETY
Optimized and newly manufactured stainless steel pin actuation for the safety sensor of the machine door for reliable door monitoring.
