CONDITION
Used Frewitt MG-803 in exceptionally good, fully overhauled condition.

As part of a comprehensive mechanical and electrical general overhaul, the machine was completely disassembled, cleaned, technically refurbished, and professionally reassembled in 2026.

The entire overhaul is detailed in a 101-page overhaul report with numerous photos, drawings, spare parts lists, and work steps.

Oscillating screening and granulating machine for applications, in particular, in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries.

Stainless steel version with professionally refurbished product-contact surfaces for high hygienic requirements.

COMPLETE OVERHAUL 2026
The following work was carried out as part of the overhaul, among other things:

- Complete disassembly of the machine
- Overhaul of fixed and moving bearing heads
- Refurbishment of the connecting rod drive and guide units
- Ultrasonic cleaning and refurbishment of the components
- All deep groove ball bearings, cylindrical roller bearings, and linear bearings replaced
- All radial shaft seals and Garlock seals replaced
- Joint screws newly manufactured from stainless steel 1.4305
- Electric motor and gearbox completely overhauled by a specialist company
- New bearings and seals in the drive
- Drive components sandblasted and protected with a protective coating
- New conductive and lockable swivel casters
- Safety device of the machine door overhauled
- Complete reassembly and final function test

PHARMACEUTICAL SURFACE FINISH
All product-contact stainless steel surfaces were professionally ground and polished by a specialized company.
