The unit can cook and fry (up to 220°C) through direct heating. It also features a pressure cooking function.
Goulash can be prepared in 50 minutes using the pressure cooking function, instead of 3-4 hours.
Cooking times can be reduced by up to 70% compared to traditional cooking methods. Accordingly, energy and maintenance costs are also reduced.
